Our Commitment

Kollitech LLC is committed to ensuring that the GProv platform is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive digital experience that conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, as well as applicable accessibility laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Accessibility Features

GProv includes the following accessibility features:

  • Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
  • Keyboard navigation support throughout the application
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards
  • Alternative text for images and icons
  • ARIA labels and roles for interactive components
  • Focus indicators for keyboard navigation
  • Responsive design for various screen sizes and zoom levels
  • Dark and light theme options to accommodate visual preferences
  • Form labels and error messages associated with their controls
  • Skip navigation links for efficient keyboard browsing

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:

  • Some third-party integrations (e.g., mapping services, video calling) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We work with our partners to improve these experiences.
  • PDF documents uploaded by users may not always be accessible. We encourage users to upload accessible document formats when possible.
  • Some complex data visualizations and charts may have limited screen reader support. We provide alternative text descriptions where feasible.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

GProv is designed to be compatible with:

  • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Screen magnification software
  • Speech recognition software
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Continuous Improvement

We regularly review and test our platform for accessibility. Our approach includes automated accessibility testing during development, manual testing with assistive technologies, user feedback integration, and periodic third-party accessibility audits. We are committed to continuously improving the accessibility of our platform.
